We do not refund due to customization, but we do offer a free revision via proof, if your portrait is not quite right.
How long will it take to ship to me?

All print orders will be processed within 6 days after your proof email is sent. Be sure to check the email address you provided — including your spam or junk folder — for your proof within 24 to 72 hours after placing your order.
Once you approve your proof, your print order will be delivered within 6 to 8 business days.
If we don’t receive your approval within 6 days, your order will be printed as is based on the proof sent.
