How long does it take to receive my digital portrait?

Our dedicated team of artists works diligently to deliver your completed digital portrait to the email provided in your order within 72 hours. Please ensure that info@kiddoportrait.com is added to your safe sender list to avoid missing important updates.
Important:
During peak holiday seasons (such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, etc.), order volumes are significantly higher. We recommend placing your order in advance and allowing extra time for processing. Rest assured, we work as efficiently as possible without compromising on quality.
Do you offer refunds?

As each portrait is custom-made, we do not offer refunds for completed illustrations. However, we do provide free revisions to ensure you are fully satisfied with your artwork.
Where is my order?

If you haven’t received your portrait, please first check your spam or junk email folder. Ensure info@kiddoportrait.com is added to your safe contact list. If you still need assistance, feel free to contact us directly and a member of our customer service team will be happy to help.

How will I receive my digital portrait?

Once your portrait is approved, you will receive a high-resolution digital version via an email link. If you’ve ordered physical prints, they will be processed and shipped only after proof approval.
Important Notice:Customers have 6 days to respond to the proof approval email. If no response is received within this time, your artwork will be automatically approved by our internal system, and your digital file will be delivered. Any print orders will also proceed to production at that time. We are not responsible for missed emails, and no refunds will be issued for unapproved prints due to lack of response.
What if I’m not satisfied with my portrait?

Our artists are highly skilled and committed to capturing your likeness with care. However, we understand that photo-based illustrations may occasionally miss some personal nuances. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re happy to make revisions until your portrait meets your expectations. Please upload multiple high-quality photos from different angles to help our artists create the most accurate illustration possible.
Can I upload more than one photo?

Absolutely! The more reference photos you provide, the better. Just be sure to include any specific instructions in the description section of your order. We’ll take care of the rest.
